Fracture Review

I finished playing Fracture last week and while it is not a bad game it is not that great either. I had fun playing it, but a lot of that was from hunting for all the data cells in the game (kinda like looking for orbs in Crackdown). You can read my full review here, but I'd recommend renting it before you buy it to see if it is your kind of game.

Yeah your review matches my impressions just from the demo - to me "Fracture" had some good ideas but was let down with the implementation.

I played the demo as well and thought it was just awful. A really half-baked concept executed in a very half-baked manner. The little of the story I was exposed to also made me squirm. Writing for games hasn't kept pace with the tech, but it's gotten A LOT better than this.
